This isn't a good week for me at alllllll! I'm almost just hoping to maintain if nothing else! I'm working a lot this week and can't squeeze in but 2 days of exercise, which is upsetting, but just the way it is! I've tried hard to stick to my diet plan, but Thursday/Friday will go way over in calories because I'm working a 24 hour shift and know I'll starve to death if I don't eat every 5 hrs, so I'll be eating an extra meal, throwing my calories way high for Friday, but next week will be a little more normal and I can get my exercise back on track! I did start a whole body cleanse this week also, and I feel good about that. I started it on Sunday and it lasts 2 weeks, so hopefully that will help me shed a pound or two since I didn't get in that exercise!! Saturday holds good exercise though. Gonna get in a good 3 mile run before my Jenny Craig meeting. I only have 8.8 lbs to go to reach my goal, hoping to make some headway!!
