I did ok this week. Not a hugh number on the scale but I do feel better and my mood is better then it was this weekend. I am grateful that my cousin has started working out with me. It helps to motivate me and keep me accountable. We even got our butts out of bed yesterday, on our day off from running kids to school, and went to the gym for an hour.
149.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 74.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
