WOW I JUST ATE A (SMART ONE) WEIGHT WATCHERS LUNCH
BROCC & POT WHEN I SAW MY SALE IT SAID 70% CARBS, I FREAKED OUT, I THOUGHT THOSE WERE SUPPOST TO BE GOOD FOR YOU.WHEN I COOK DINNERS I ALWAYS COOK (FRESH) VEGGIES, AND LEAN MEAT, TURKY PORK,FISH. THAT BLEW MY MIND! HELP! WILL SOMEONE LOOK AT MY STUFF AND SE WHAT I AM DOING WRONG? MY DIET? IT LOOKS SO BAD.HELP!!

I've been eating more carbs than anything else, too, but I don't worry about it. My diet SEEMS to be healthier than what it was and that's all I care about :). I was reading in one of those women's magazines that low fat diet is better than low carb. There's so many out there, who knows the truth? I think you are doing good Donna

I don't think your diet looks bad. I also heard that low fat is better than low carbs. Carbs aren't bad just try to choose whole grain. One thing I read on here is that you should limit for fat to 20-30%. It's at the bottom of your food diary. I have a hard time with this one. I think you are doing just fine!
