Gotta focus and get a grip of exercise n intake!

Can't go on getting bigger clothes or existing in shorts, so easy to consume, won't call it eating, the "bad choice" foods.

are you a yo-yo dieter? I was for 30 years. You know what finally stuck - getting rid of the concept of good and bad foods, throwing away everything I thought I knew about losing weight - every fad, trick, hint, tip, tabloid article, health & fitness article, friend's success story, group etc etc and just focus on calories that's all it takes - simplicity of focusing on calories in less than calories out as you learn to do that you learn which foods fill you up more - for me it's a mix of all macros which is why low carb never worked - I need my carbs with protein and fat to feel satiated and I need not feeling restricted also weekend batch cooking is a life saver so you always have grab and go foods anyway good luck
