So it is Monday morning and I am off to a seemingly good start. Ate a little more than I should've, but I resisted some impulses, recorded all the food that I ate and didn't finish of the leftovers as I usually do. Yay me! :P

Positive thought for today: No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.

This is what I was thinking of earlier that helped me to stay the course.
