Yay! Ask and you shall receive...or work really hard to get what you want. I know it's not a huge loss but it's sooo much better than the 2 ounces a day I've been losing. So day two of adult beginners yoga (first day we did kid yoga with my son lol) and yoga is kicking my butt but I'm doing it! Any yogis out there have any tips? I don't know anyone who actively does yoga and would really appreciate some pointers. Hope everyone is doing great!
