i been working out everyday since sunday and I have lost 4lbs. two days I went to the gym twice in one day. I am excited seeing the weight coming off. I have been drinking lots of water. I keep a full water bottle at all times.

When I workout I have been starting with 20 mins of 3.5 walking on the treadmill then 20 minutes of the elliptical and then 20 minutes of 3.0 walking on the treadmill.

As far as my diet I have been eating 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. I have been eating with my family I just have been making better choices and controlling my portions. I dont want to blow my workout on too many calories.
