Another beautiful day!! I was both shocked and surprised to see a 2 pound lose this week, but very happy about it!! I had been making little changes, but I didn't know if they would have been enough to make a difference. I had a very good day yesterday, and didn't struggle so much with being hungry all the time. Hopefully today will be the same. Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!!

I purchased an exercise program called slim in 6, sometimes I do that, and sometimes I get on my gazelle.

Great! I heard something yesterday, that a successful diet is often about the little choices we make throughout the day. And then those choices become habits and we don't even have to think about them anymore. Not struggling is always a good thing. Keep it up!
