so ben and jerry got me yesterday. I was dong really well planned ahead stayed on track till my hubby asked me to make him some soup at 1 am. I opened the freezer and saw that ice cream said id have one bite and of course ate the rest of the pint. :( It was sooo good but we will see what the scale says. I dont know why i dont feel like I am loosing weight even though I am eating low cal and exersicing. time will tell.
