This week is going well. Head cold is starting to clear up even though extensive talking gets me choked, office co-workers love it :) Sleeping better at night so more rested for morning workouts. This morning however, the Nycol was taken too late and I slept like a rock through my workout alarm, so that means it will be Jilian and I again in the evening. Tomorrow, morning time workout!
