Interesting cardio night... my 17 year old daughter came home from soccer practice with her friend and asked me to go running with them (something about dress shopping tomorrow). So off we went... a little walking , then some running, more walking, sprinting, walking running sprinting... then finished it off with wind sprints down the street... 3 miles and 595 calories ... then my 19 year old boy pulls up ( home on spring break) and wants to go running... so we all go out again and do 2 more miles! Icing the knee now..... :0) watch says it was about 1000 cals , probably from a lot of sprinting.
