Just got back from heart doctor my atrial fibrillation came back probably because i have sleep apnea and im supposed to be using my bipap machine but it gives me anxiety and i cant breath. Anyway i have to get an electrocardiogram
Wich is two electric paddles are put to my chest to shock my heart back to regular rhythm im not looking forward to that

Oh my... Keep working on your weight and I bet those problems will start to heal themselves as the pounds drop. Be careful and try to wear the cpap. Close your eyes and breathe and tell yourself you are not suffocating. Best wishes.

It's going to be okay. Close your eyes, put all your will into keeping your breathing steady, and we'll all be there with you, metaphorically holding your hand. It's scary, but it's not dangerous. What would be dangerous is skipping the test. You've had the willpower and control to get through MONTHS of controlling your eating, controlling your breathing for a few minutes for this test is nothing compared to that. You've already proven how strong you are, so relax and trust yourself. :)
