It's been 1 week and I'm down about 7 lbs. on the Keto diet. Missed my macros yesterday, but will dial it back in today. St. Patty's day and meeting friends and family at the local wings place. Will have to account for a whisky and a bleu cheese wedge salad.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
