Happy Tuesday All!!! The sun is shining its a beautiful day, and today is a new day to get even further on track than I already am. I would not say I am 100% on track 100% of the time, but I am done beating myself up about that. Each day I will try a little bit harder to be a little bit more where I need to be, until I get there. I would have to say the moving part has been easier than the eating part the last week or so, so I am prepared to not see movement on the scale tomorrow, but for now, I will not let that get me down. The work will produce the results, so if I'm not putting in as much work, I'm not going to get as good of results. (major light bulb just went off in my head)

I have learned alot of things on this up and down journey that I have been on for what seems like next to forever, and the most important one I think is that I am NOT perfect, and I'm gonna have days that are bad, but I need to be more accountable for those days. I've learned I'm not unhappy the way I am, but I could be happier if I were to reach my goal, and alot healthier.

This has to be a part of my life, that I can live with forever, so I'm trying, and not always succeeding in finding that balance. I know its out there, I just have to find it!!
