Only down .5lbs this week but still down 8 s far this month so i am doing good ..wanna lose 10 a month at least. today is a spike day so that is why today's food will be allot and of poor quality ,just w breakfast i an up to 1100 calories ,but i am supposed to have 2990 for my spike day .i am sure i am going to go up this week because my period is encroaching and i go up about 5lbs when I am on it,just hope I can fight off those cravings ......

Hey, it's the long haul that counts. Who cares (we all do! lol!) if the scale stays at the same number a few days? With you spiking, it'll happen anyways. As long as you see the difference, and as long as the weight overall comes down, you're good. Don't forget to enjoy life all that you can along the way. Actually, I think this is a key element. It's much easier (and much more fun!) to lose weight if you're in a good place mentally. So put on the BIG smile and enjoy your day!
