Well i am incredibally disappointed in this week really a half a lb and I am doing my diet exactly,but 7lbs down since the 2 of september so i guess its not so bad .

Your doing great. Take out two sticks of butter and that is what half a pound of fat would look like. That's a good amount. We all have weeks like where we lose small and weeks where we lose bigger. Consistency is very important in weight loss. Just keep going. Plus, you can lose half a pound on the scale but lose actual inches/fat that doesn't show on the scale right away. I had a friend who stayed the same weight weight for months but dropped 4 sizes. Every little bit gets you to goal. So great job!
