First physiotherapist treatment tonight. It wasn't too bad since most of the stretches she had me doing are either the same or very similar to what I've doing these past couple of weeks. I learned a few new stretches and areas to improve with technique and posture. MS has certainly had an impact on my health this past year, but I'm going to work on reclaiming as much of it as I can. I will never *get* better, that's just in the cards for me. However, *feeling* better is something I have some control over, so that's just what I plan on doing. My goal is to get my balance back and get my muscle tone back and when I do, I'll feel much better. But right now I'm a bit on the wobbly side, and I'm okay with that - it's just my legs wondering what I'm up to. If only they knew. 😊
