GO MONKEY GO!!!
I FINALLY BROKE THE 220 THRESHOLD! IT TOOK OVER A MONTH! TODAY I weighed in at 219.4 I haven't been here since my 20+10 birthday. (that's 30, for you math wizard monkeys)I know. It's still obese, but it was a goal and I made it which means I get to work on my next goal now. This one should prove interesting. I'm going out of town for SIX weeks. Back home, back down south, back to Granny Beck's Southern Fried everything, back to other people's schedules, BUT, I have already called ahead! The gym is expecting me. They operate on a month to month membership, all my exercise classes including ZUMBA and YOGA are included as well as classes and swimming for my daughter all for LESS than what I pay for one month of YOGA up here in ALASKA! In fact so much less that I will be paying for my sister's membership while I am home and DRAGGING her with me. YAY MONKEY TORTURE!! woo hoo! Let's do this. I haven't even had coffee today. I've got my cowgirl boots packed, and I'm waiting on a shipment of new UnderArmour...Are we there yet?
