down 40 pounds and want to loose 60 more I want to be 157 even 150 so that I can have 5 pounds up or down so guess I need to be at 150 not bad. I can not wait to get under 200. woohoo 17 more pounds to go for that, worked out last night and worked out this morning woohoo tomorrow I get to sleep in and then back to work out friday morning at 5:30 maybe I will walk also so that I get some extra in there:) still love Atkins way of life for ever:)
