I didn't really lose 6 pounds in 1 week. It was mostly water. But I have stuck to my diet very well. No alcohol, no sugar, no crap. Exercising every day, trying to drink lots of water. My clothes don't feel lose yet, maybe after a few more pounds lost.
86.5 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.7 kg a Week
