Well, I have had many things to contend with this week. I injured my knee and decided that even though I can walk on it just fine, it wasn't helping me to heal it. I needed to not exercise for a few days. I am going to try again today, but stay close to home in case I have to quit. My monthly was this week, so that may have had something to do with my halt in weight loss. Well I have lost a pound this week, so I won't say halt, but I am just working so hard and I wish it would go away sooner. But since I lost that pound, I have been stuck at 141. I just want to get to 140! I will not give up though.
