Another great run today (for me)... AND A NEW PR! 30:22 with no walking! A full minute (57 seconds) shaved off my previous PR from 2/28. Almost at my first 5K goal of under 30 minutes. Still a ways off from the 19:37 final goal (to claim bragging rights by beating my 19 year old son's PR! 4 weeks away from the 1 year anniversary of my 5 cardiac bypass grafts... feeling a bit apprehensive.
