Been doing good getting up and doing a hard morning walk and stretching in the evenings. Appetite seems to be increased the last two days. Gotta try to fill up on salad or something less caloric. Still high hopes for the week. Going to go on a trip to the park with the kids tonight and play!! Hard hopefully!!
