Started my morning walks again. It's been way too long and my hips are screaming at me. Can't wait to go again tomorrow,lol. Decided to supplement with my protein powder as I can't seem to eat enough protein otherwise. And going to increase my water intake. I'm sure the water was a big help when I lost weight the last time. Happy Monday everyone!!

Morning walks are great way to start your day. I bring my dogs out in the morning when it isnt too cold. It forces me to keep active before my desk job
