Day 28 of 60.
Got a grand total of zero hours of sleep last night. I really hate this. I was able to get 2-3 hours in the afternoon before work, but I've been a complete zombie all day. I was able to control my eating better than the last time I didn't get any sleep, but it was a real struggle. No matter how much I eat, I still feel hungry.
The typhoon is nearing. I'm hoping the rain drumming on the roof will put me to sleep tonight.
