Yesterday, I was determined to get some kind of walk in. I had to take my grandson to piano lessons and instead of sitting and reading for the half hour I took off and walked as far as I could on the sidewalk that was provided on the busy street where the lessons are held. That was about 15 minutes. Then when I finally made it home last night; I thought if I walk the dog around the block before it get too dark to see I might have at least 25 minutes in. This is going to be tough. But I'm determined to make it happen.
