T'is a landmark day! I went to the grocery store. I passed chocolate, cookies, cocoa, garlic bread, chocolate cake and lots of other goodies. I passed them without thought or effort. I got broccoli and Brussels sprouts ( I really WANTED those sprouts) I have arrived at the new me!

hey rebecca i seen you food log and you are doing an absolutely great LCHF diet...you ratio on fat, carbs and protein is to be commended...congratulations you really have it together.....

Awesome! I circle all the outside aisles in the market - fruits and veggies, meats and poultry, dairy (almond milk and eggs) and then out of the store! I do not even pass the "Stuff" at all anymore.
