Oops.
Didn't start restaurant meals by asking for a box to put half away right up front...gained weight for the first time since I began my salad plate as a dinner plate and take home half or more from dining out "method".
More proof that the simple effort of putting half away for another meal does work.
It took a year to lose 50 lbs, but I am convinced it's the easiest and healthiest way to drop pounds in middle age
59.9 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
