Lots of learning during this time out. Tons of documentarys involved. Went vegan 2 weeks ago and feeling amazing. No cravings for animal products at all and my skin is better than it's ever been. My hair looks wonderful and I can fill my plate and meet every nutritional need with very few calories, almost none fat and plenty of my really beloved carbs (which couldn't be cooler). I don't know why have I been so blind to such an amazing thing, but I'm glad to say I think I've found my way to go!
