No gym again... but I have been running up and down stairs, though not by choice lol

laundry in the basement and my clothes were on the 3rd floor. also bring up bins that were on the 2nd floor to my room on the 3rd (working on clearing out my storage unit) so yes lots of lugging around stuff and running up and down stairs.

That's one heck of a workout Zella!! Plus, you get the benefit of a cleaned out storage unit. And ya didn't have to drive anywhere to do it. Win-Win-Win!!
