Bit of an upset tummy at the weekend and because of emotional stuff going on I found comfort in wine and chocolate (good old reliables) so a bit surprised that I have dropped weight. Working more evenings this week so less spinning so will have to try hard to stick to 1900 cals a day....
81.6 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
