Lizzie983's Journal, 28 Feb 16

Hi buddies!

Today I helped a friend of mine moving furniture in his home. A two hours workout for free :-)
I really see how healthy tired I feel after some exercise or physical work, instead of being just tired with my mind because of desk work but still physically energetic.

I also realized that often I eat out of boredom and not because of feeling hungry, especially on Sunday afternoons and weekends.

This afternoon I had a small slice of cake during coffee break and afterwards I didn't feel like eating. I skipped lunch and felt like skipping dinner as well. Then I decided to have a light lunch anyway, in order not to wake up super hungry in the middle of the night. It also helped calming down the stomach ache I had.

I think I will experiment hal-fast days in a couple weeks.
My aim is learning to have a good breakfast, no lunch or a light one (like a salad or a sandwich) and then an early dinner.
I noticed what a (good) difference on the scale early dinners have, besides of helping me sleeping better.

Have a good time you all!

Good luck Lizzie983, I have been doing half fasts from 8pm through to about 3pm and it has been making a huge difference, especially after the weekend when I tend to eat more anyway. I hope they are effective for you too.
