Had my cardiology appointment. It went very well. I do have a slight problem with one valve not opening fully but I'm not going to drop down dead in the high street! My daughter asked all the right questions and I came away with more knowledge and a better perspective of my situation. As a treat we went to Gourmet Burger and both had a (highly calorific) celebratory lunch. Ate a whole day's allowance in one meal ... and enjoyed every mouthful 😋. Getting back on track tomorrow.
