I love Fat Secret. This is a truly amazing community of people.
I love the way people are so open and keen to offer help and advice. It makes the whole journey of weight loss so interesting and complete. I love learning new things and some of the new things I have learned on here have honestly been life changing for me.
We all have such different aims, needs, experiences, biology, lives, personalities.... with one common aspect - a focus on weight.
I love seeing how what works for one doesn't work for another. I love reading the snapshot glimpses into people's lives and cultures.
Maybe I need to get out more..... I do live in pretty much isolation on a wet and windy West Wales hillside with no TV radio or printed publications or advertising and often see nobody from one week to the next.....
