It's so hard to control portions. I'm still trying though. I think I eat a lot less than I used to.

I find it easier to control portions when I add a little extra to the veggies and a little less to the carbs, then eat two bites of veggies for every one bite of carbs. I know it is weird (I have a lot of weird food habits I haven't been able to kick lol) but it helps me, so maybe it will help you. Keep at it!
