Tonight is a bad night :( I'm craving junk food so much .. I dont even feel hungry. I'm arguing with myself in my head and its driving me crazy. I know weekends are always more difficult .. i think i will just go to bed and watch a film and hope this feeling passes .. its making me sad :(
