Ate Sour figs (Carpobrotus edulis) and Cracking (pork fat) this is my new alternative to popcorn, for the minerals and to feed my brain what it needs more of…What I actually need most I recon is the hormone - Vitamin D 1 to 6 - winter was hard not gonna lie….hormones was truly out of whack the last few months…
