OMG!!! Gained 2.8 lbs. and dont know why. I am eating what i am supposed and also working out. I just do not understand the gain. Things like this really put me down. I am working so hard and it is getting so difficult to keep this weight off. Worst thing is, I still need to loose 15 more lbs. and with this gain it brings me up. Ugh, really frustrated right now, feel like pigging out, but know if i do it will only make me feel worse.

Your building muscle. Thats what my nutritionist says. Dont get discouraged. Good luck.

I eat a lot of protein but you should be seeing it in sizes and I am 2 inches bigger, not good.

Start keeping track of everything you eat and drink and list it in your diary. List your exercises as well. We can then figure out what's happening! :D Oh, Don't forget sleep and stress has it's effect's on the body as well.

I do keep track, i have a calorie counter on my phone but will start posting it here, its just that on the go sometimes it's hard to track on fatsecret. Feeling much better today, started analyzing and realized that i am more toned, my legs are toned and feel really great about that. So will keep positive and start liking what i have achieved. Thanks everyone for the support and tips you've given me. Will definately take up on all your advice.

Fat secret offers a android app calorie counter, in the market. Its free it will post everything ok on this site. I love it bc I can just scan what im about,to eat or look it up. Good luck

Ya, my weight seems to fluctuate too since I'm resistance training. I let the mirror or tape measure be my guide!

That is what I am trying to do, that is why I've increased my protein intak but my tape measure sure is not measuring less, hope its water retention, today I cut back on the eating. So we will see tomorrow.
