Im still following my diet pretty well even with university. I actually stopped doing cardio and im still losing weight. This shows how important your diet is...although i work out 3-4 times per week so that helps too. I shouldnt be calling it a diet...its more like just eating clean. Just staying away from high calorie junk and juice. My cheat days on Saturday include a bag of chips and some cookies and restaurant foods if i go out. I feel lousy the day after and actually glad to go back to eating clean.
