Well yesterday I wasn't too sore until I worked out on the elliptical. I normally do beginner on like level 3 so yesterday I decided to do the full body workout mode, on intermediate on level 6 and boy do I feel sore now!! It feels good, but everything hurts now!! My new phrase is NO PAIN NO LOSE!! Because I am not trying to gain weight (muscle yes fat no!) Not hungry at all but I have to bump up my calories having a problem stuck at 1200 calories a day and I am supposed to be at 1698 :(

I had the calorie problem yesterday too. I have to work on bringing more veggies to work to snack on during the day. I ended up at only about 78% of the calories I was supposed to have for the day.

Yeah but adding more veggie won't add too many more calories, I was told maybe add another snack? Maybe some hummus and veggie would work?!?!
