Started tracking what I put in my mouth today, my wife and I eat reasonably healthy foods, just too much of them. I am on some BP meds which seem to make the stomach want something. Mostly it's late night snacks and the extra portion. I have been through this before and let my weight slowly gain on me. Have a record of what I eat is a good metric for me.
