personal note for my new challenge starting today, and ending at the end of 4 weeks.
My current status:
Feb 20 2016
My weight:170
(no weighing for first 2 weeks ::focus on my waist size:: not my weight)
My waist: 39.5 inches
No eating after 6pm
Daily core exercises, waist killers etc.
Size 14 pants (No shopping til the end of the challenge)
