Here was I feeling optimistic at the start of a spanking brand new week with no rain and even the promise of a little sunshine when the numbers on that damned machine have gone up from 106 to 107 kg. Isn't it amazing how those numbers can take the wind out of your sails. I know that my eating has been ok and my bodyfat % has reduced and its probably muscle resulting from my walk. I can see my body changing even though I haven't lost. Its just hard to see the numbers upflucting when I don't feel I deserve it. Just have to put it out of my mind and get going.
