I'm trying a new recipe for dinner tonight. The cheesy beef bake from fatsecret's recipes. I'm substituting the egg for egg beaters and I'm doubling the amount of spinach. I'm also using regular cheese instead of fat free cheese because I couldn't find any at the store, but it still has less fat because I'm not using whole eggs (the recipe calls for five eggs). I'll let ya'll know how it turns out!
So mine did not look like the one in the recipe. I think they used a whole lot more cheese than the recipe calls for. Anyway, it looks pretty good, so we'll see how it tastes!
