Well this is day 4, yesterday I had my first group workout, had a blast!! Not too sore today, going to the gym after work today and going to really try to push myself, taking what I learned yesterday and adding to it. No problems on food so far, not too hungry, eating something every couple of hours even if it is only a pickle trying to keep the metabolism going!! Oh and did I mention my scale at work says I am down 4 pounds already!! I'm sure it's mostly water weight but I will TAKE IT!! :)
