I did keto about 5 years ago and did great, but then my obsession with food came back and emotions and resentments that I had not delt with so I turned back to the food. I am now in OA. Love it and the support that I recieve.

I love using low carb tortillas and keto breads. Even if you’re not doing a keto diet, they have much less calories and are just as filling as regular breads and wraps

You can do “ low carb” without doing keto. I count calories and record macros. I eat 100 grams of carbs daily and that is still considered low carb. I also eat 100+ grams of protein and about 35 grams of fat. I lost 60+ lbs and have been in maintenance now for about 5 years. I love the low carb tortillas. It’s my go to “ bread”

@Diana1234 - yes, that's about where I'm at with low carb and tracking nacros. I don't do actual ketosis testing or follow the recommended proportions for a keto diet. It seems to work for me when I follow it.
