A little disappointed in myself this week, gained 0.3 lbs...Just have to work harder this coming week. I can do it! I had kind of a lazy week this last week and only exercised 3 days. I had a sick hubby at home and wanted to stay home with him. Not this week...I'm gonna hit it hard!!
