Happy Hump Day!!!Back home from vacation..Weight stayed the same so I guess I did ok with all the martinis and my birthday,not drinking enough water and smacking on too many almonds and grape tomatoes on the car ride home. Back to the real life and working this WOE...Going to do a straight induction for two weeks.I have lost and gained the same two pounds for over 6 weeks now.Time to reread the book and get back to basics.Back to measuring and weighing my food also.Hopefully I can get to onederland by Thanksgiving.That's my new goal anyway..
