Been on Keto-like diet since Jan 1. Cheating, not recording, too much Prot, & of course the watermelen/Cuke salad, No Weight loss, but feeling better. No keto flu. Ok this is the first day of the rest of my life diet. after wknd @ PanCon, I knew my body was stressed lack of water & nutritional foods. So the big salad for lnc & dinr. Much more water. Good results, I'm content.
