I have had plantar fasciitis, and it's no joke! I wore a 'moon boot' for two months. However, it is better now. My advice: take long walks going uphill versus cardio until your feet feel better. At one point, all I could do was walk the dog...with the moon boot on! If you push it, plantar fasciitis can make your exercise pure agony. Be careful, darlin'! Keep on, keepin' on. You can do it.
